    What are the minimum requirements to work for Medical Staffing Network?
    To become an MSN Per Diem nurse, you need to provide a valid professional practice license or certification and proof of the right to work in the United States. We require at least one year of professional nursing experience before we can hire you, but don't be discouraged - the jobs, not to mention the pay rates, improve dramatically with every year you work in the field!

    What shifts are available?
    Our shifts vary depending on what facility you choose to work with. We work with our facilities to ensure that you are not floating needlessly. The majority of our shifts are usually 8, 10, or 12 hours.
    How will Medical Staffing Network prepare me for my assignment?
    Once you have found a shift or contract that appeals to you, your MSN coordinator will confirm your start date, shift, unit, and salary. We will then give you an orientation that will familiarize you with the features and policies of your chosen facility.
    Do you offer Continuing Education?
    Now furthering your education is as easy as a click of a mouse! Our RNs and LPN/LVNs take their free online continuing education courses at their leisure. MSN's Continuing Education program is brought to you by a partnership with Florida Atlantic University's College of Nursing. For every twelve shifts you work during the month, you earn two free credits! Whether you choose to take your courses at a hip cyber café, or at home in your pajamas, it's all up to you. Just think, for every shift you work, you're earning towards free CE credits.

    With MSN's "Free Pay" Reward Program, you can be secure in the knowledge that even when you need a personal day, your paycheck won't take a day off! For every 275 hours that our Per Diem Nurses work, we give them 8 hours of pay. That means that if you work full time with us for the year, you will receive over seven days of free pay. Imagine, a paid week just for you!

    What kinds of insurance do you offer?
    We offer you many forms of insurance. From health, dental, life, and vision insurance to Workman's Comp, we make sure that we cover you from all angles.
    When am I eligible to receive my benefits?
    How does a month sound? That's right, with MSN, you are eligible for such benefits as 401(k), Health, Dental, and Life Insurance as soon as you complete just one month of continuous employment (120 hours in one month).
    Can I add my spouse and/or children to my insurance?
    Sure! You can add your spouse or domestic partner, your children, or dependents to your insurance for an additional monthly premium. All you need to do in order to add your family to your insurance is complete the enrollment paperwork and pay the monthly premium.
    Do you have a retirement plan?
    Ah, retirement will be grand! You are eligible for our 401(k) program after just one month of working with us. We offer matching contributions of 50 cents on the dollar up to 7% and you are fully vested after 5 years!
