Our custom-designed tool makes projecting your staffing needs for the entire year quick and easy. Simply select the appropriate staff-to-patient ratio from the pull-down menu and enter your census level in the first row. Then, enter the number of existing Full Time Employees (FTEs) in your facility in the second row. The calculator will automatically display your projected staffing needs.
